APK-INVEST's meat processing plant has the capacity of 200 tonnes of finished products per day. It is one of the largest meat production enterprises in Ukraine. The meat processing plant is equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities. The company was the first manufacturer in Ukraine that installed the automatic slaughter and primary processing line manufactured by Banss. The slaughter capacity is 160 head per hour. APK-INVEST was also one of the first companies that implemented the product packaging technology using the protective atmosphere. The enterprise's capacity allows to carry out the complete meat production cycle, from slaughter to shipment of the finished products. The department for production of the natural sausage sheath was put into operation at the premises of the meat processing plant in 2011.
The plant produces more than 2,000 tonnes of finished products every month.
The enterprise fully meets the veterinary and sanitary requirements of Ukraine and the EU applicable to the slaughter of animals and manufacturing of meat products. Conformity to the principles of НАССР (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) embedded in the ISO system and adopted by more than 90 countries guarantees efficient management of the safety processes at every stage of the production chain.
The investments into meat processing have totalled UAH 360 million.
