Mr. Omelyanovich was born on July 17, 1977 in Donetsk.
In 1999, he graduated from Tugan-Baranovsky Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade with a major in Business Economics. He started his career in 1997 as an economist of the state treasury in Kievskiy District of Donetsk. He made all the way from a manager to the production director at KONTI confectionary company (1998-2006).
He became the CEO of APK-INVEST in 2006.
Starting in March 2010, Mr. Omelyanovich acted as the People’s Deputy of Ukraine and the chairman of the land relations subcommittee of the Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Committee at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In November 2012, he was elected as the People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 7th convocation in electoral district 49.
Since November 2014, he has been the People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 8th convocation elected in electoral district 49. He participates in the foreign economic activities of the Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Committee at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Mr. Omelyanovich is the Vice President of Donbass hockey club.
